To hear the petition of Dennis Sneade (applicant/owner) for a variance from the minimum required lot size and a front yard setback variance, in accordance with Oxford Zoning Bylaw Chapter X Dimensional Requirements, Table IV Dimensional Requirements, relative to the proposed removal of the existing non-confirming building and use and proposed construction of a new 2,084 square feet single family house. The minimum required lot size in the R-2 Zoning District is 40,000 square feet and the parcel is 17,880 square feet. The proposed single-family house will be 35.5' from the front yard setback. To hear the petition of Nicholas Strom (applicant/owner) requesting a variance for a side setback in accordance with Oxford Zoning Bylaw Chapter X Dimensional Requirements: Table IV Dimensional Requirements, relative to the proposed construction of a 24'x30' addition to a single-family house. The proposed addition will produce a non-conforming structure and be 10.3' from the side setback. The minimum side setback is 15'. The property is in the R-3 Residential Zoning District. To hear the petition of New Orchard Hill Limited Partnership (applicant/owner) requesting a Comprehensive Permit per MGL Chapter 40B, for a residential apartment project to be located at 129 Orchard Hill Drive. The applicant proposes constructing 215 housing units to replace 215 existing housing units and constructing an additional 165 units. In total there will be 28 residential buildings along with associated site improvements. The applicant has requested waivers from the Town of Oxford Zoning Bylaw and other Town codes, ordinances, bylaws, rules, and regulations. The property in the R-1 Rural Residential Zoning District.
