State's Objection to Trailer Park Rules 00:46:56

The State Attorney General's Office objected to Skyline Trailer Park's proposed rules that were submitted in April. Currently, Skyline Trailer Park has been operating without a permit since January 1st, and the owner, Ken LeBlanc, doesn't believe he may need to submit them due to only having two trailers being occupied. The Board will discuss what options for a resolution.
