Public Hearing: Special Permit and Site Plan Review 00:14:46

Special Permit and Site Plan Review applications submitted by Oxford Land Ventures, LLC to allow for the construction of a 450,000 square foot building with associated site amenities on property located at 0 Millbury Road and 0 Wellington Road, with frontage on Depot Road, Oxford, MA owned by HRG Development Corp., Kesmo Sand and Gravel, and Harvey R. Goldstein, and shown on Assessors Map 13, Parcels B0l, B02 and B03 respectively in the Light Industrial (LI) Zoning District. This hearing is being held in compliance with an Order of Remand issued by the Land Court on Feb. 16, 2023 in Land Court Case No. 22 MISC 000463 (RBF), upon request of the parties, to consider a Remand Petition submitted by the applicant to alter a project previously rejected by the Planning Board and appealed to the Land Court.
