An application for a Special Permit and Site Plan Approval for a redevelopment project submitted by Smart Tech, Inc. The proposed project is to make site improvements associated with a partial fit-out of the existing 33,785 sf industrial building. The Board will review the applicant's submission material, and if acceptable vote to schedule a public hearing, and peer review work as deemed necessary.
Update regarding the position of Town Planner
The Planning Board will enter into Executive Session pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 21 to discuss strategy with respect to litigation regarding Michael Evans, et al. vs. Planning Board of the Town of Oxford, et al. (Land Court Case # 23 MISC 000134), if the chair so declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body. The Board will not reconvene in open session.
